President Sahakyan and representative of the “Dashnaktsoutyun” party bureau Hrant Margaryan visited the NKR southern wing
On 6 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the southern wing of the republic and met a group of members of the ARF "Dashnaktsoutyun" party leadership headed by representative of the party's bureau Hrant Margaryan. President Sahakyan signified the participation of Armenia and the Diaspora in realizing different programs in Artsakh noting that such an approach had been among the most important guarantees of our republic's socioeconomic progress. Vice-premier Arthur Aghabekyan and other officials accompanied the President.
