On 4 February President Bako Sahakyan received the delegation of the "Yerkrapah" Volunteers Union (YVU) headed by chairman of the organization's board Manvel Grigoryan that arrived in Artsakh yesterday.
Issues related to the current situation along the borderlines, army-society relations, cooperation between the YVU and the Artsakh Union of Freedom Fighters were discussed during the meeting.
The President signified periodic visits of the "Yerkrapah" Volunteers Union's members to Artsakh and the borderline noting that this work contributed substantially to maintaining strong ties between different generations of the Motherland defenders and strengthening military traditions.
Vice-premier Arthur Aghabekyan, head of the Artsakh Union of Freedom Fighters, NKR deputy defense minister Samvel Karapetyan partook in the meeting.
