On 18 July within the frameworks of the Artsakh Republic foreign ministry's 20th anniversary President Bako Sahakyan held a working consultation with representatives of the ministry's central apparatus and permanent representations abroad.
The Head of the State touched upon the state's foreign policy agenda, existing problems, ways of increasing the efficiency of the carried out activities and other issues.
Stressing the importance of imperative of waging a proactive foreign policy, President Sahakyan gave concrete instructions directed to the proper implementation of works.
