Shavarsh Ghoukasyan conferred the title of Honored Worker of Physical Culture
On 3 October President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree according to which the title of Honored Worker of Physical Culture was conferred to the head of Grigor Narekatsi University's department of military and physical training Shavarsh Ghoukasyan for the contribution to the development of physical culture, sport and long-term fruitful work.
