On 22 August Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the Martouni regional center and convoked a working consultation dedicated to realization of a range of programs in the region.
Special attention was paid to the spheres of agriculture, municipal engineering and healthcare.
In his speech the Head of the State considered important the implementation of integrated programs encompassing different spheres qualifying this format as a much stronger impetus for securing sustainable socioeconomic development.
The same day President Sahakyan visited the construction sites of a number of objects being built in the region and inspected the activities under realization.
The President was accompanied by vice prime-minister Arthur Aghabekyan and other officials.
