A group of the Defense Army and National Security Service servicemen decorated with state awards
On 6 August President BakoSahakyan signed a decree on decorating with Nagorno Karabagh Republic state awards. According to the decree for an organized rebuff the subversive-reconnoitering activities undertaken by the enemy from 26 July to 2 August 2014, high combat readiness and personal bravery and courage a group of the NKR Defense Army servicemen were decorated with the following state awards: one servicemen was awarded the Battle Cross Order of the second degree, 11 servicemen were decorated with the "For Courage" medal and 15 ones with the "For Service in Battle" medal. According to another Presidential decree for the active participation in the search and neutralization of the enemy's subversive-reconnoitering group in the NKR Shahoumyan region two servicemen of the NKR National Security Service were decorated with the "For Service in Battle" medal.
