On 27 September Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan partook in festive events dedicated to the Day of capital Stepanakert.
The Head of the State noted with satisfaction that celebrations of the capital's day had become traditional which was of pivotal importance from political, cultural and educational viewpoints.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, premier Ara Haroutyunyan, mayor of the Yerevan city Taron Margaryan and other officials were present at the events.
