On 1 May Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan held meetings with a group of observers having arrived in Artsakh from Europe, USA and Armenia to carry out observation mission at the forthcoming May 3 parliamentary elections.
Issues concerning the state building process in Artsakh, formation of democratic and civil society were touched upon at the meetings.
President Sahakyan highlighted the visit of international observers to Artsakh to observe various elections, outlining that they were instrumental and demanded for our state.
