Zhengyalov hats festival in the Tsaghkashat village

On 29 April Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan was present in the Tsaghkashat village of the Askeran region at the Zhengyalov hats festival.
President Sahakyan expressed hope that the festival would become traditional signifying it from the viewpoints of maintaining and disseminating national habits and promoting tourism.
Chairman of the National Assembly Ashot Ghoulyan, vice-premier Artur Aghabekyan, other officials, guests from Armenia and abroad partook in the event.
