On 18 May Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the Rhône department in the Eastern France and met with members of the Villeurbanne City Council headed by its mayor Jean-Paul Bret.
Cooperation agreement between the Villeurbanne city and the Shoushi town was signed during the meeting.
According to President Sahakyan establishing and deepening friendly relationships between the two cities will have a positive impact on the development of Shoushi and will have a substantial contribution to successful realization of several programs in the town.
