On 13 May Artsakh Republic President partook at a solemn ceremony of opening a capitally renovated barrack in one of the Defense Army's military units dislocated in the southern wing of the republic.
In his remarks President Sahakyan considered the amelioration of the servicemen's social and living conditions among pivotal components of the army building process and raising the combat readiness of the armed forces. The Head of the State stressed that the state rated high the contribution of every officer and soldier in maintaining our republic's security. Bako Sahakyan wished good service, peace and welfare to the soldiers and commanders.
Defense minister Movses Hakobyan and other officials accompanied the President during the visit.
