President Sahakyan visited the Kolatak village of the Martakert region
On 5 April Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan together with philanthropist Rouben Vardanyan visited the Kolatak village of the Martakert region and got acquainted on site with the process of constructing a new dwelling district for the Defense Army servicemen. The Head of the State underlined that such programs contribute to improving social and living conditions of the servicemen and strengthening the defense capacity of Artsakh.
