On 16 December President Bako Sahakyan signed decrees on conferring the title of Honoured Art Worker of the Nagorno Karabagh Republic and on awarding the "Vachagan Barepasht" medal for the input in the aesthetic education of the younger generation and on the 20th anniversary of the Stepanakert Center of Child and Teen-age Creativity.

According to the decrees, the title of Honored Art Worker was conferred on Harry Avanesyan, choreographer at the state non-commercial organization "Stepanakert Center of Child and Teen-age Creativity" and Marine Mesropyan, choir director at the state non-commercial organization «Stepanakert Center of Child and Teen-age Creativity»
The «Vachagan Barepasht» medal was awarded to Naira Najaryan, deputy director of educational and disciplinary issues the state non-commercial organization «Stepanakert Center of Child and Teen-age Creativity» and Elena Sargsyan, cchoreographer in the state non-commercial organization «Stepanakert Center of Child and Teen-age Creativity» (posthumously)
