On 5 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received the Armenian philanthropist from the Diaspora Vahe Gabrash and accompanying him individuals. Issues related to the implementation of a number of projects in Artsakh were discussed during the meeting. Special attention was paid to the infrastructures and the industry sphere. President Sahakyan highlighted importance of utilizing Diaspora's potential in the development of Artsakh considering it required both from political perspective and within the context of strengthening inter-Armenian relations.
