On 18 June Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met pupils from the NKR who won prizes and received certificates in the final stage of subject Olympiads among schoolchildren held in the Republic of Armenia, their teachers and a group of students having graduated with honors from the Artsakh State University.
The President handed in valuable presents and financial rewards to the pupils, teachers, graduates and delivered a welcoming speech afterwards.
President Sahakyan mentioned that the state was interested in having an educated and developed generation and did everything possible towards solving the issues existing in the field, realizing that the country's future to a great extent depends on the upbringing and educating the youth.
