On 15 July Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan met in Yerevan OSCE chairman-in-office, Ukrainian foreign minister Leonid Kozhara.
A number of issues related to the Azerbaijani-Karabagh conflict settlement and regional trends were discussed during the meeting.
In his speech President Sahakyan noted that official Stepanakert opted for peaceful settlement of the Azerbaijani-Karabagh conflict within the frameworks of the OSCE Minsk Group.
The Head of the State underlined the necessity of restoring the negotiation format approved by the OSCE Budapest Summit, adding that it would be impossible to reach a comprehensive settlement of the conflict without NKR's direct participation.
President Sahakyan considered official Baku's destructive policy as the most important hindrances on the way of solving the Azerbaijani-Karabagh conflict, which gradually becomes more dangerous and should receive corresponding reaction of the international community.
Artsakh Republic foreign minister Karen Mirzoyan, personal representative of the OSCE chairman-in-office Andrzej Kasprzyk and other officials were present at the meeting.
