President Sahakyan partook at the meeting of the State Service on Emergency Situations
On 18 February President Bako Sahakyan partook at the meeting of the Artsakh Republic State Service on Emergency Situations under the Cabinet of Ministers summing up the activities carried out in 2015. Director of the service Arthur Haroutyunyan and responsible officials of different subdivisions delivered corresponding reports and speeches. In his speech the President mentioned the substantial and multidirectional work implemented by the service adding that at present it was difficult to imagine any sphere of the republic's life the structure wasn't related to. The Head of the State touched also upon a range of issues the system faced and gave corresponding instructions. Bako Sahakyan underlined that the state would further on do everything possible for proper solution of the set tasks as well as amelioration of the servicemen's working and social conditions.
