President of Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan signed a decree extending term of office of head of the Civil Service board Boris Arushanyan for a 6 year period. According to another Presidential decree director of the Kashatagh region's Berdzor town library Sona Hoveyan was awarded with the ''Gratitude'' medal for a long-term fruitful service in the field of library science.
