On 25 December Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan convoked a working consultation dedicated to the preparedness of the relevant services for the winter season and their uninterrupted work.
Special attention was paid to the realization of the above mentioned activities on the New Year festive and vacation holidays.
When listening to the reports of the heads of appropriate bodies, the President gave concrete instructions for proper implementation of the activities.
