On 30 March President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on appointing Vasily Atajanyan NKR President's representative at large releasing him from the post of the adviser to the NKR President-permanent representative of the President in the NKR National Assembly. According to another Presidential decree Zoya Lazaryan was appointed adviser to the NKR President-permanent representative of the President in the NKR National Assembly.
