Meeting with rector of the Slavonic University Armen Darbinyan
On 2 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received rector of the Armenian-Russian (Slavonic) University Armen Darbinyan. Issues related to the development of higher education in Artsakh were discussed during the meeting. President Sahakyan signified deepening cooperation and enlarging practical ties with the Slavonic University adding that such ties had a great contribution to raising the quality of education and science as well as application if contemporary experience in our republic. Rector of the Artsakh State University Manoush Minasyan partook in the meeting.
