On 15 April Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan convoked a working consultation on the issues related to the restoration of material damage caused to our citizens and communities as a result of Azerbaijani aggression and cooperation between territorial administration units and defense army's subdivisions.
Prime-minister Arayik Haroutyunyan, vice-premier Arthur Aghabekyan, defense minister Levon Mnatsakanyan, Stepanakert city mayor Souren Grigoryan, heads of the regional administrations and appropriate structures delivered corresponding reports.
The President gave concrete instructions for proper realization of the activities.
