On 14 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan was present at the concert of the world-famous opera singer Montserrat Caballé held at the Stepanakert Revival Square.
President Sahakyan noted that Montserrat Caballé had already occupied her unique place in Artsakh's life and had made a substantial contribution to the development of culture in our country, which the Head of the State qualified among the best manifestation of sincere friendship and humanity.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, prime-minsiter Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials were present at the event.
