President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on appointing Jalal Haroutyunyan commander of the NKR Defense Army's military unit N42009.
On 14 June the President visited the military unit and presented the newly-appointed commander to the unit's command staff.
The President noted that colonel Haroutyunyan had a long military career, experience in commanding various units, appropriate knowledge and human qualities expressing hope that all these would contribute to the efficient fulfillment of the set tasks.
Defense minister Levon Mnatsakanyan and other officials accompanied the President.
