On 3 September President Bako Sahakyan received the members of the Lithuanian Republic Seimas-Artsakh Republic Parliamentary Friendship Group, led by the head of the group Dalia Kuodytė.
Issues related to the Artsakh-Lithuania relations, Azerbaijani-Karabagh conflict resolution and regional trends were discussed during the meeting.
The Head of the State called important the formation of the Lithuania-Artsakh Parliamentary Friendship group from the political and moral viewpoints, considering it as a manifestation of sincere friendship and respect for the norms of the international law.
NKR foreign minister Karen Mirzoyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Armenia to Lithuania Ara Ayvazyan, and other officials were present at the meeting.
