Solemn awarding ceremony devoted to the 25th anniversary of the NKR proclamation
On 1 September a solemn awarding ceremony took place at the Artsakh Republic President's residence devoted to the 25th anniversary of the NKR proclamation. President Sahakyan congratulated the attendees on the state holiday and being awarded with high awards expressing confidence that the state awards would give a new impetus to their work and service for the benefit of our country and people. Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, NKR NA chairman Ashot Ghoulyan, prime-minister Arayik Haroutyunyan and other officials were present at the event.
