Decree on the celebrations dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Artsakh Republic formation
On 9 February President Bako Sahakyan signed a decree on the celebrations dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the Artsakh Republic formation. The decree establishes a state commission on organizing and systemizing the celebrations, which is to discuss and adopt a comprehensive program of festive events within the period of one month. National Assembly chairman Ashot Ghoulyan and premier Arayik Haroutyunyan were appointed co-chairs of the commission.
