President Sahakyan chaired a meeting of the Security Council
On 16 March Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan chaired a meeting of the Security Council. A range of issues related to the country's domestic and foreign policy, as well as to preparatory activities of the 2016 spring sowing were on the meeting's agenda. Heads of concerned bodies delivered corresponding reports. President Sahakyan gave concrete instructions on proper solution of the discussed issues.
