On 27 March President Bako Sahakyan received Russian philanthropist of Armenian origin Sergey Hambardzoumyan. Issues related to the implementation of a range of programs in Artsakh were on the discussion agenda. During the meeting the Head of the State handed in the "Mesrop Mashtots" order to the philanthropist for substantial assistance shown to the Motherland in the realization of significant socioeconomic tasks.
