On May 3, Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan met with responsible officials of the Audit Chamber.
Chamber Chairman Tigran Tsatryan presented to the President the process of elimination of inconsistencies registered by the structure as a result of the audit and the post-control works. President Harutyunyan reaffirmed his earlier approaches to the efficient use of state funds, noting that the actions of the Audit Chamber in this regard should be consistent at all stages.
President Harutyunyan also touched upon various speculations on the future status of Artsakh in the current geopolitical situation highlighting that in any case, the Artsakh authorities are not going to deviate from the principle of the right of peoples to self-determination, and the peace agenda is acceptable for the Armenians of Artsakh only within that context.
During the meeting Arayik Harutyunyan responded to the questions raised by the attendees, giving a number of instructions on the topics discussed.
