On September 15 President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan received deputy director of the ''Hayastan'' All-Armenian Fund Ararat Khlghatyan.
The process of the programs and the prospects of new projects implemented in Artsakh under the auspices of the Fund were discussed at the meeting.
The head of state underscored the activity of the "Hayastan" All-Armenian Fund aimed at bringing Artsakh out of the post-war crisis situation, emphasizing that only due to the unification of the efforts of all Armenians it is possible to create dignified conditions for living and creating in Artsakh. In this context, Arayik Harutyunyan emphasized the vital importance of short-term, long-term programs in the field of housing and education, as well as in the restoration of infrastructure damaged by the war, expressing hope that they will be continuous.
Aram Sargsyan, minister of urban development also partook at the meeting.
