On March 2, President of the Republic of Artsakh Arayik Harutyunyan received a group of members of the "Refugee Association for Justice" non-governmental organization.
The Head of State highlighted the role of the organization especially in the post-war period, in terms of voicing about the problems of the displaced and comprehensive protection of their rights.
The President went on introducing the roadmap of the programs aimed at the solution to the problems of the displaced.
Prioritizing the housing problems of the internally displaced and refugees, Arayik Harutyunyan noted that within three years it is envisaged to provide proper housing to the targeted groups, including those forcibly displaced from Azerbaijan in the 1980s and 1990s, through state and charitable means.
The President also answered the questions raised by the attendees.
