Meeting with Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk
On 18 July Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Ambassador Andrzej Kasprzyk. The meeting addressed a range of issues pertinent to the situation along the Line of Contact between the Nagorno Karabagh and Azerbaijan armed forces.
