Meeting with delegation of the Lori Province of Armenia
On 27 October Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received delegation of the Lori Province of the Republic of Armenia headed by its governor Arthur Nalbandyan. Issues related to cooperation between the Lori Province and Artsakh regions were on the discussion agenda. The Head of the State noted with appreciation close links between the Lori Province and the Martakert region, adding that strengthening and enlarging cooperation between the administrative entities of the two Armenian states enabled to realize efficiently numerous programs.
