President Sahakyan visited foreign ministry, state service of emergency situations and Shahoumyan regional administration
On 26 September Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan visited the ministry of foreign affairs, state service of emergency situations and Shahoumyan regional administration and introduced the newly-appointed heads to the staff of these institutions. The President wished them efficient work and expressed gratitude to the former heads of the above-mentioned structures for their activities.
