On 29 April Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan received executive director of the "Hayastan" All-Armenian Fund Ara Vardanyan and director of the fund's French office Petros Terzyan. Issues related to the implementation of a range of programs in the healthcare sphere of Artsakh were addressed during the meeting. President Sahakyan rated high the role of the "Hayastan" All-Armenian Fund in solving issues our republic faced, naming it one of the vivid manifestations of the Armenia-Artsakh-Diaspora trinity. NKR healthcare minister Karine Atayan and other officials partook in the meeting.
