Solemn ceremony of opening the new building of the Center of Child and Teen-age Creativity in Shoushi
On 8 September Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan in the town of Shoushi partook at the solemn ceremony of opening the new building of the Center of Child and Teen-age Creativity. The President considered important the existence of such institutions corresponding to modern conditions and underlined their exceptional role in prospering Shoushi as well as developing culture in Artsakh.
