On 9 December Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan and President of the Republic of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan visited a number of military units located in the southern and south-eastern regions of the republic, got acquainted with the service of the soldiers and current situation.
The Presidents partook at solemn opening ceremonies of new military barracks, a new apartment building for the servicemen and a range of other objects.
