Presient Harutyunyan met with a group of public figures and NGO representatives
On June 13, President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan met with a group of public figures and NGO representatives. Issues related to the formation of Public Council were on the discussion agenda. The participants stressed the significance of cooperation between public and state structures in encountering the internal and external challenges facing Artsakh, and the role of the Public Council as a possible efficient platform for such cooperation. Chief of the Office of the Artsakh Republic President Karen Shahramanyan partook in the meeting.
