Consultation devoted to the periodical training muster
On 17 September Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan convened a consultation devoted to the process of the periodical training muster launched recently in accordance with the Defense Army's mobilization readiness plan of the current year. Defense minister Levon Mnatsakanyan delivered a corresponding report. The President gave concrete instructions to the defense minister and heads of the appropriate structures towards proper realization of the discussed issues.
