President of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan signed a decree on establishing the Digitalization Council in order to promote the digitalization of the economy and the development of digital skills in the public administration and local self-government systems of the Artsakh Republic. According to the President's decree the procedure for the activities and composition of the Digitalization Council was also approved, which is headed by Artak Beglaryan, Minister of State of the Artsakh Republic.
By another decree of the head of state, a separate subdivision of "Digitalization Agency" of the Office of the President of the Artsakh Republic was established, the head of which was appointed Arsen Yeghiyan.
