On 21 December Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan participated in a solemn ceremony of opening the bust of philanthropist Levon Hayrapetyan in Stepanakert.
The President stressed the importance of perpetuating the memory of national devotees, qualified Levon Hayrapetyan's participation in the development and strengthening of Artsakh as exemplary, noting that he would always remain in the memory of the Artsakh people.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, minister of state Grigory Martirosyan, high-ranking officials, relatives of Levon Hayrapetyan and public representatives took part in the event.
